Jordan Greenberg founded SpaceNet Equities, LLC in 1996 which is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is the principal broker, specializing in office, industrial and investment property brokerage and acquisition in the greater Twin Cities area.


Jordan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in History. Working at The Shelard Group from 1990 to 1993, he managed their property/market data systems, becoming a broker in retail, office and industrial properties. In 1993 Jordan joined The Investment Real Estate Company where he specialized in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties.
